Meeting policies +
By registering for the 2027 AAR Annual Meeting, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the AAR Meeting Policies.
Speakers and presenters +
All speakers and presenters are required to register for the meeting.
In-person meeting & livestreamed plenaries +
The AAR 75th Annual Meeting brings the academic radiology community together in Salt Lake City, Utah, for four days of in-person programming, networking and collaboration. All morning plenary sessions will also be livestreamed, extending these conversations well beyond the room.
Proof of status +
Non-member Residents/Trainees and Medical Students must provide proof of status. A verification letter from your institution or a valid student ID must accompany your registration.
Cancellation & refund policy +
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by March 30, 2027, to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received by March 30, 2027, will receive a refund of paid registration fees minus a $50 administrative fee. Refund requests received after March 30, 2027, will not be accepted. Registrations and badges are non-transferable. No refunds will be issued for registrations purchased but not used.
